We want customers to feel confident ordering TUXUAN wedding accessories, InHeavenMatch bridal details, formal accessories, and cashmere apparel. Please review this policy before requesting a return.
Return Window
Please email info@tuxuan.co within 14 days after delivery to request a return. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and included accessories.
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items may only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos.
How to Request a Return
- Email info@tuxuan.co within 14 days after delivery.
- Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the approved item securely and ship it with tracking.

Return instructions may vary by order. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct recipient and return details by email.

Return Shipping and Fees
- No restocking fee is charged.
- Customers are responsible for tracked return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
- If an optional prepaid return label is available and selected, a US$6 handling fee may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
After the return is delivered and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
For the clearest availability, we usually recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order for the preferred size, color, or style.
